I second the other reports wholeheartedly. One thing left out -- a 19 year
old mouse, more like DPRG robots, used reed relays and bump switches with
a late-70s microprocessor (RCA 1802).  This machine found its way through
the maze; more slowly than the others, but it was a tremendous achievement
at the time it was built. There were no electronic sensors when it was
built, so it felt of the top of the walls instead of looking at them with
IR. Instead of tweaking a pot, adjustments are made using pliers to bend
