Yes, I saw this in person at the Firefighting contest in April.
Extremely impressive mechanicals.  To get enough power, it runs
off of 110VAC (wall outlet) but is able to move at 20 feet per 
second - at least in theory.
 
As we've discussed before, robotics requires a balance of 
mechanical, electrical and software design skills.  This robot
clearly has one of the best mechanical designs.  The electronics
were fairly good.  However, the software was ...ummm... "lacking".
 
For it's first practice run (that I witnessed), it went down
the first hallway like lightning then slammed into the wall like 
thunder.  :-)  It nearly broke the 1/2 inch plywood wall!
 
If this guy ever gets the software working, it will be very 
difficult to beat.  Although I'm not sure the bulldozer style
skid steering will be possible to control accurately enough.
