Hi guys, 

Check out the Basic Stamp Programing manual v. 1.9

Application no. 18 "one pin, many switches." It starts on page 155 and has a 
schematic and deals with  

Debouncing in software. If I recall correctly, the Corr circuit was a 
refinement of this circuit that used a 

graduated set of resistors in an attempt to even out the numbers returned 
with RCTime.
