That's pretty cool. So you can use one on the sidewalks, but only on the
road when you have to (ie crossing and such).
But many cities have ordinances against such things (unfortunately I
think  the intent was to block skateboards, and motorized skateboards)
so the question is whether the state law overrides a city ordinance.
The real question is whether you could afford the legal fees to test
that thought out in court or not?
