Brian,

Check out www.circuitspecialists.com.
They have an iron for $35.00 that looks identical to a Hakko 936.
They also have some pretty good pricing on Bench Power Supplies and
Multimeters.

On the topic of various Irons: I have Pace, Weller, Edsyn, and Hakko. I
like the Hakko and Pace units best. The Hakko will solder big beefier
connections that the Weller and Edsyn just can't at the same iron
wattage.

Good Luck,
Rick
P.S. What's a regerd?

I have been using a Weller WCC100 soldering station for a few years now.
It recently gave up the ghost and I want to fix it but they don't seem
to make them any more. I haven't found any sources for parts either.
Does anyone know of a source or can anyone suggest a similar quality
solder station? The 100 had an adjustable temperature range of about
400-800 degrees.

Regerds.,
Brian
