[DPRG] ATmega64 and JTAG problems.

I am running Studio 4.11 Build 403

I get the Red and Green LED on, on the JTAG interface. The third LED is

I try to connect to the JTAG and I get a Connect Failed Pop-up window.

It lets me choose the device.

It works with the ISP but not with the JTAG. I am plugging them into the
same serial cable.
